Opportunities to learn, hear, and share about interprofessional practice and education are endless at Collaborating Across Borders VII. Practitioners, educators, policy makers, and students will share their original research, quality improvement, program innovation, or other scholarly projects/work in a variety of presentation formats. Each day, starting on Monday, October 21, attendees will have the opportunity to attend workshops, symposiums, oral presentations, poster sessions, and roundtable discussions.

This year, CAB, introduces a new category – roundtable discussions. These discussions will occur during the continental breakfast wherein presenters shared completed or in progress scholarly ideas, experiences, or projects pertinent to interprofessional education, collaborative practice, leadership, or policy. Expect about 10 people per table to “learn about, from and with each other to enable effective collaboration and improve health outcomes”.

Additionally, residents, fellows, trainees, and/or students will have a special poster session featured in the conference program. On Tuesday, October 22, students will present their research, and at the end of the session, the CAB VII Co-Chairs will distribute awards. This session is specifically designed to highlight the students, their work, and create networking opportunities.

Throughout the conference, there will be receptions, networking events, meetings for organizations, and after-hour excursions in downtown Indianapolis.

Get ready for an exciting, action-packed schedule for CAB VII!
